HHI Builders continually went above and beyond to ensure that the total renovation of our Villa was perfect! As we live four hours from our beautiful vacation Villa, Steve sent updated pictures on a regular basis to show us the progress of construction. We were in regular, almost daily, communication with Steve via phone calls and email. He kept us apprised of every detail of the renovation. The estimate for the renovation was accurate and when I made changes along the way, Steve provided the updated price in a timely manner. He offered suggestions for modifications to my original design which were great improvements to the renovation. His knowledge and expertise are remarkable and he was able to guide me through the renovation process, always with kindness and patience! In addition, those that work for him are experts in their craft and took great care in the renovation. All were polite, respectful and worked diligently to complete our Villa to like-new condition!
