Sea Pines Villa Gets a Makeover

This is now a 3 bed/3 bath treehouse in Sea Pines that is a short walk to one of the best beaches on the East Coast. Living room and balcony look out to a huge lagoon view. Main level has two bedrooms and 2 baths. The third bedroom and bath is on the second level. The new owners bought this for a second home and rental property but wanted to take it from outdated to a coastal luxury getaway.

The Process

Step Inside a Light-Filled Oasis:

We began by transforming the entryway into a bright and welcoming haven. Fresh white ceilings bounce light off beautiful ocean blue walls, creating an airy and inviting atmosphere.

A Chef's Dream Kitchen:

The heart of the home deserved a makeover! By relocating the refrigerator, we maximized counter space and expanded the kitchen island – perfect for prepping meals or lingering over morning coffee. Custom white cabinetry adds timeless elegance, while the captivating blue backsplash injects a touch of personality. The original layout wasn't ideal for gatherings. Our in-house Architect and Design Team completely reimagined the floor plan to create a space perfect for entertaining. Gone is the dated spiral staircase, replaced by a more open concept that maximizes the upstairs area.

Luxury Awaits Upstairs:

A wall was removed, allowing for a full bathroom and custom-built bunk beds – ideal for additional guests. The newly enlarged space offers ample room for sleeping and storage, ensuring everyone feels comfortable.
